I know very little about some of the people on my friends list. Some people I know relatively well. But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's Parker ...she likes money and cereal." I'd love it if everyone who's friended me did this. Its not meme Sunday, but I like this one... its fun to guess! (altho I think mine are going to be fairly obvious)

Post a list of 20 TV shows you watch/ed.

1) The Big Bang Theory - Sheldon. Like McKay, Sheldon is a carciature of the uber nerd. If I met him in RL, I'd hate him and adore him. I know guys like him (not as smart) but as nerdy/socially awkward. I can watch his paranoid asperges ways for hours :) He's becoming the only reason to watch the show.
2) SG1 - Cam. I started watching for Jack, and thought I'd dislike Cam. But I love his earnest, honest joy of travelling through the wormhole and how even though he's the 'leader' of SG1, he isn't actually and he doesn't care (too much) :)
3) Castle - Rick Castle. Unrepentent philander who is just a little boy playing grown up and a fantastic father/nerd/geek/writer.
4) SGA - Sheppard. Misunderstood, lonely, on the outside looking in and he finds his place in the universe, and protects those he cares about with a fierce dedication that makes you giddy. Oh, he's snarky and funny and hawt.
5) Dr Who
6) Farscape - Crichton. One word: Whump. Two words: Blue Eyes. Three Words: Completely utterly insane. Love that man!
7) Firefly - Wash. And we shall call it... This Land! I'd marry Wash, I'd stalk him, drug him and shanghai him, but I'd marry him. I cried, folks! I cried! (stupid Joss Whedon)
8) Fringe
9) Gilmore Girls
10) Supernatural - Dean. Not for the reasons you think. Yes, the shallow ones - he's hawt and tortured and full of woe. But the main reason I love Dean Winchester - 'cos he loves his family and even though he hates the life, he wants to protect people.
11) Hawaii 50 - Danny. Motormouth, off the wall, hates Hawaii Danny. What's not to love? :)
12) How I Met Your Mother - Marshall. The only reason its not Barney is because as a person, I dislike Barney intensly. yeah, yeah, he's funny. But not a nice guy. Marshall though? he's hilarious, sincere, an environmental lawyer, loves his wife and well... the slap bet. the cockamouse. the hair at the wedding. *hearts*
13) NCIS - Tony. Recent seasons have not been kind to Tony, but from the beginning I loved him. The foolhardy, foppish agent with a heart of gold.
14) Star Trek (OTS) - Bones. Not Kirk (but he is close). Bones. Poor poor Bones. I prefer the 2009 take on him, but only because the OTS series is too kirkified, but oh, I love his dry dry sense of humour and exasperation with space.
15) Justified - Raylan. Its the utter mess he makes of his life without even trying and being one cool dude in the heat of battle. And the hat. (of course)
16) Avatar: TLB - Sokka. I cannot define how much I can love a cartoon character. The only non-Bender of the heroes and yet he holds his own, is their master planner and the comic relief all rolled into one. *smishes him*

19) Leverage - Parker. Aside from her crazy quirkiness, I love that she has had this tragic childhood and is a super thief, that she is very grounded and assured. Her lack of social skills and touch with reality is a thing of beauty :)
