Movie Review: Oz the Great and Powerful

I have fond memories of the Wizard of Oz, the songs, the colours, the characters. Its not an all time favourite movie, but still a good one. I was looking forward to Oz, mostly because of the cast and the premise. And I was very glad to see most of the promise deliver.( More below, click and think of home )

Two things: One, I love a man in uniform. Two: I hate mid-season cliffhangers. So unnecessary

I think by now its fairly obvious that I like military men... and lets face it, its not so much the military so much as the being in peril, protecting folk, duty, honour, brotherhood, etc which is why I like fantasy as well, cop shows, spy shows and well... firemen shows. *beams*

Side note: I barely recognised Jesse Spencer which is probably a good thing because as hot as he is, I did not particularly like Chase in House. I like him in this though!
