Wow! It's been ages since I saw "Medium" but I still know enough about it to really enjoy this fantastic crossover!

It is awesome! I love the idea of Castiel bringing Dean to heaven and I love, love, love the idea of Dean going to Alison so that she can reassure Sam and tell him that Dean isn't in Hell.

The last scene? With Sam (finally) breaking down? Gave me a lump in my throat!
