Oh god, I actually flailed a bit at this. And then I actually read it, and couldn't flail because I was focused too much on the story. Also! Surprise!Gabriel- my favorite flavor! And bonus Kali. And Cas being very much himself and AWESOME. There are so many good writers out there who can't quite ever capture his essence, that mix of otherworldly and acerbic and BAMF and thoughtful...even humble.
